I have spent the last 11 months struggling with foot pain from Plantar Fasciitis. It was so bad; I had no choice but to walk a lot during the London Marathon. I recently decided I need to make a change in my training focus. I’ve been good friends with Irina for 3-or 4 years now. I knew she had a lot of experience as a PT.
